Let the blog see the rabbit...

Another big creatinine drop

I had clinic again this morning. It's getting a bit silly really. I got to Stratford for about 11am, on the Central Line to Mile End and then had to wait about 15 minutes for a District Line train to Whitechapel. I arrived at 11:30, had my blood taken and saw Vicki and was back out of the hospital ten minutes later.

When I got back to Stratford, I had to wait more than ten minutes for a train back to Southend! Oh well, only another few weeks of this before I can be transferred back to Southend's Renal Unit.

It was worth going though because I found out that my creatinine on Tuesday was 140! This is great news. It's been almost three weeks since I put my last creatinine graph in my blog, so here's a new one:

[Creatinine Graph, showing continued improvement ]

As you can see, I crossed the 200 line on 26th June and the level has been gradually falling since, although there was an increased drop between last Friday and Tuesday or 22. That could be down to an improved cyclosporin level, which we noticed in my blood results today.
