Dear Microsoft,
Why on earth did this dialog pop up when I tried to open a zip file?
Also how are you ment to respond to a security flaw which is both unspecified and theoretical?

I suspect you're meant to either blindly continue because you're so used to clicking "OK" by this point that you do it automatically or else meant to be sent into a complete panic and pull the power plug from the wall and flip out and stuff. Also, I love how there's apparently any need at all to open IE to view a zip file. That makes me smile.
