I wasn't exactly sure if this entry should go in 'SUCS' or 'Geeky' or what for a category. I guess it's pretty unimportant.
Right, to the matter in hand: in a shocking development, I've become a Linuxy guy. I installed Ubuntu and, after a few false starts and lots of messing around in GRUB, I'm now successfully dual-booting Windows and Linux on my machine! Hurrah! Of course, quite what I'm doing this for, I have no idea. I barely know how to use the wonderful SUCS machines after a great deal of instruction from my CS-doing peers but living in the house of geek (as I expect it to become known) next year, my ability and knowledge should improve. Until then, however, I think I'd miss my wonderful games a bit too much for me to switch to Ubuntu forever.
