Exams and whatnot.
Right! So I finally have a blog thanks to the excellent people at SUCS. Thank you all, my wonderful friends. Here you can find my ramblings (note that I have chosen the 'Cynical' category. Essentially, anything I say is likely to be in that category due to my world-hatred.
So, uh, today I will be mostly revising for my last exam on Wednesday. Shocking. It's only an hour and a half long, however, so I'll be dancing around for the rest of the day and probably playing Magic with my friends. I'm sure you'll all learn of my other interests as time progresses.
Right, time to rant about Bank Holidays: damn that Royal Mail/Consignia/whoever lot for not delivering things on Bank Holidays. Obviously I'm a-waiting for something but regardless, it's annoying anyway. I was pondering earlier and realised that it's actually about two weeks until I go home. It's frightening how quickly this year has gone and how I've managed to progress from barely leaving my room to seeing people all over campus who I recognise and know quite well.
Finally, the name of the blog comes from an adaptation of the Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons masterpiece that is the graphic novel known as Watchmen. It's brilliant and I suggest you all go and read it now, even if you hate comics, even if you hate reading, even if you ignore the advice of people's blogs on principle. Just do it. Juvenal said it first in his Satires but it's an important thing to think about in days where presidents and prime ministers can fly in the face of public opinion over war and still win elections. Who really does watch the watchmen?

[EDIT] Thanks to Andy for pointing out that my links are very broken things. They should be fix0red instead of fux0red now. [/EDIT]

Enjoyed reading the blog, will but what's the wibblefish thing about? Would show it to our parents but I think Mum would freak out and be all weird at me.
I guess dad'll see it, anyway.
Keep up the good wibblefish.. I mean, work.
Sorry if this message makes too much sense to stay here (feel free to delete it and replace it with something more surreal starfishstarfish.)
