Who watches the Wedgeman?

Where does all the time go?

Where does it go? I seem to have spent about the last 3 days in a blur of roleplaying, Black & White 2, Babylon 5 and watching Dave's movies. I've been playing in James' D&D campaign set in a desolate, undead-ruled fantasy world. My character has loads of secrets and whatnot that will undoubtedly be revealed now that a bunch of undead have found us. This is (probably) bad. Apart from this, I've been playing Steve's Dark Ages Vampire game (like the regular World of Darkness but medieval) I'm playing a Tzimisce torturer and, whilst I like the character and the setting and Steve's a great DM/GM/ST/GOD, I just don't have the time for it any more. Too much roleplaying is bad.

Too much anything is bad, as I discovered to my cost from playing entirely too much Black & White 2 and managing to destroy my neck doing it. It's rather like the first one in that it sucks my time away like some sort of enormous hungry octopus tentricle. Speaking of which, anime is back and Bambi 2 (there are three Bambis in my life, two are male, one is a stapler) bought us sweets last week. It was good, as sweets are usually good and sugar is good. We watched the second of the Ghost in the Shell series which was highly enjoyable save for some utterly terrible subtitling: things like 'let's get drunk in strip bars' and 'poor ignorant proletariat'  and, my personal favourite, 'you are the anti[]' (where [] indicates a rectangle) in places that were unexpected to say the least. We have new catchphrases. We also watched Full Metal Alchemist which was blighted by the series making rules and then breaking them again and again. Terribly annoying. So, cut down on the roleplaying and stuff and B&W2 and have a really good time sorting out my presentation on 'The Monk'. Yay. Until next time, oh faithful readers.
