Possible gaming event - any takers?
Hey guys!
We're looking into the possibility of organising a LAN gaming event at Crossfire (internet/gaming cafe) in town.
Before we go and interrogate them about what we could do, we'd like to get a rough idea of numbers. I know this forum's only frequented by a small minority of SUCS members, but who here would be interested? I presume we'be be playing things like counter-strike. And stuff.

Any chance we could open it up to non-members, like the Sci-Fi soc do (and obviously they have like you have to pay thing but includes membership, sorta deal going on) ? If we're looking for lots of people.

I'm in, so long as there is the opportunity to visit a place where I can attempt to achieve advanced states of mental incompetence by the repeated consumption of fermented vegetable drinks. Or maybe cocktails.

Crossfire is something in the region of £7 for 2 hours.
