The SUCS AGM is a chance for all members to voice their opinions, ideas and concerns so they can be addressed by the executive committee. This years agenda consists of:
- Welcome
- Present and Apologies
- Confirm previous AGM minutes
- Committee Reports
- President Q&A
- Proposed changes to the exec structure (changing role titles, etc.)
- Do we NEED any new equipment?
- Do we WANT any new equipment?
- Social events
- Freshers
- Any other business

The SUCS Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 1st of March at 18:00, in the Robert Recorde room.
Any motions for the AGM need to be submitted to exec@sucs.org by Thursday the 23rd of February.
The AGM is open to all members who want to see some of the inner workings of the society and help make decisions for the future.
