Kiteaholics

Kiteaholics is the kitesports club of Swansea University. We cover kitesurfing, kiteboarding, snow kiting and any other combination you can think of. The club has been established for 2 years now and has grown significantly over that Time.

Skill

All our members range in skill from complete beginners to the highly skilled so it doesn't matter how good you are, the club will have something for you. We have qualified BKSA instructors in the club and plenty of seasoned kiters who are all there to help you become a pro!

Gear

We have everything you need to get started, from small simple foil kites for beginners to high performance kitesurf kites and boards to get you powering across the water. We have funding from the AU and raise money throughout the year which all goes towards buying more kit so our members can have the best experience.

Our Kit: 2x 3.6 HQ Beamer2 perfect for beginners, a 5m HQ Beamer2 for intermediate landboarding and a 3m, 5m, 7m and 9m Flexifoil Atom's complete with 4 line bars for kitesurfing. For landboarding we have a MBS Core 16 and Exit Spirit, both flexible durable boards to learn on and we have various kitesurf boards rangeing from North Jamie Pro's (130x40) to Naish 157's available to get you on the water. We also have a small range of harness for use with the Atoms, for hooked in flying.
