Noel Edmunds has recently announced publicly that he has not and never has had anything to do with buying TV company, Endemol.

In a rather high-brow affair in the Crinkley Manor where Edmunds lives last night he opened his annual reunion of the late TV show based around the town of Crinkley Bottom with a toast.

The toast included his admission that he has never had any directorial or financial interest in the company he has worked for 17 years.

We must ensure that we are not defined by what Noel does, more by what he believes.

Edmunds also said that he has no regrets of the decisions of his career, especially with the success of the 3rd world versions of shows like "Meal or no meal" and "Are you smarter than an Ethiopian?".

After seeing the demise of his best friend and colleague Tony Blackburn take a recent turn for the worst, Noel decided he was going to retire to a quiet remote village in the Outer Hebridies with his long-term partner, Mr. Blobby.
