Wanted: One spare person, to replace mislaid housemate (weird and/or geeky optional).

Room in top-flat of house near the park in Sketty.   Close to university (approximately 10 minutes walk), in a nice area.  To share with two existing housemates.  Private room, shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, landing and large garden (only useful in summer).

Cost 184/mp, including water rates, but excluding other bills.  Other costs are electricity, gas, Internet (wired and wireless access available from every room) and the cleaning lady (we found it easier  than arguing about whose fault the mess was).

Current occupents are former computer science students, but deny being excessively geeky (there is some dispute over what 'excessive' means here).  One now lives in the Real World, the other is still hiding in academia.  Both seem to consider it normal behaviour to be typing a description of the room for rent while in the pub.

On the subject of pubs, there are two within 100 yards of the house, as well as a conveniently located bus stop (one housemate commutes to Cardiff from there each day), a corner shop with a small Tesco under construction, and several strange-looking shops that we haven't tried visiting.

Students, hippies, and geeks (or some combination of the above) would fit in well.  People who own more than one suit (or one that actually fits), probably wouldn't.  Current housemates are perfectly normal.
