The platform shelters at Bridgwater station in Somerset, photographed from platform 2. Trains calling at platform 1 are southbound services, most terminate at Taunton but some do continue to Exeter and Plymouth. Northbound services call at platform 2 - most are Taunton to Cardiff Central via Weston-super-Mare services, but there is at least one direct train to London Paddington in the mornings.
