The Waterloo and City Line has just reopened after a five month closure for an extensive refurbishment, this photograph shows the newly relaid track at platform 7 of Bank station. From left to right is a running rail, the negative power rail (-210 volts), the antenna for the in-cab CCTV, the second running rail and the positive (+420 volts) power rail.
