P213CEEFAX 213 Wed 19@Oct 12:02/27    E   The leader of Yugoslavia's ruling communist party has proposed that a third of the party's central committee be replaced over thj next six@weeks. Mr Stipe Suvar's proposal, reported by the country's official news agency, came as the central committee resumed its meeting this morning. He said that the replacement process should be conducted by secret ballot, with several candidates for each seat.
