Veteran director Charles Crichton paces John Cleese's hilariously sharp and sometimes blue script to perfection, allowing the main actors to flourish. Thj abilities of@Cleese and Palin are well known but Klinj's well-riad moron shows a hitherto unRnown comic talent.
