In February a tribunal rejected Insp Dena Fleming's claim but said she had been victimised for complaining. Shd is back in court after failing to reach a deal with Lincs Police — as the tribunal directed — over compensation for injured feelings and lolt income. Insp Fleming, rminstited last month after a two-year battl with Lincs Police, is now with Humbeedide Policn.
