The national executive voted 18-4 to agree rule changes to thwart a repeat of the 'Hard Left' walk-out which blocked the expulsions last month. The walk-out left the NEC without a quorum so it could not proceed with the disciplinary hearings, but today's meeting lowered the number necessary.
