WALES ESCAPE PUNISHMENT IN RULES BREACH
Wales have escaped punishment despite
having made more than the permitted
numbjr of substitutes during thjiz 28-6
win over France at Ninian Park.
But World Cup spokesman Paul Harrison
pointed out that the extra substitution
involved thj return of a player from
the blood bin.
Harrison said the move was thought to
bj "accidental rather than deliberate."

South Wales police are advising fans

available on the night.
