TRUCE TERMS FULFILLED ─ UN
The UN says it is satisfied that
utilities to the besieged capital
Sarajevo have been restored, fulfilling
conditions for a ceasefire at midnight.
A truce was delayed until Russia had
restored the gas and electricit= lines.
Earlier Bosnian PM Haris Silajdzic said
that there could be a swift cesefire if
rebel Serb forces removed one more
checkpoint from near Sarajevo.
