P468ORACLE 468 Mon 2 Dec C4 1704:11  WEEKEND 1/10  EDUCATI/NA,  V)DEOS A £20,000 appeal has been launched to raise funds to enable a special school for deaf children in Britain to show the rest of the world their teaching techniques. Staff at the Birkdale School at Southport want to make two videos of of what they say are "very successful" methods. They are seeking help to pay for the films which they say would be the most up-to-date teaching aids available in the world. Three officers tried to tell him this without realizing he was deaf and when he did not respond grabbed him, twisteb his arm behind his back and pushed and and kneeb him.
