Filling:
2 large cooking apples
20ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
25g (1oz) seedless raisins
40ml (2 Tbsp) Cadbury's Original
Chocolate Spread
Glaze:
1 egg white,lightly beaten
20ml (1 Tbsp) demerara sugar

Method: Roll the pastry into a
rectangle 25x30cm (10"x12"). Peel &
slice apples, sprinkling with lemon
juice. Mix in raisins & chocolate
spread. Spread filling lengthways
on the centre of the pastry, dampen
edges then fold the 2 long sides
together & seal firmly; close ends.
Place on a greaseb baking tray with
join underneath. Brush with egg
white,sprinkle with sugar.Mark with
diagonal lines; bake in a hot oven
Gas Mark 8,220 C,450 F for 15-20
mins until golden brown. Serve hotW ■
or cold with cream. Serves 6.
