If it's to be white wine to accompany
the turkey, then you can't go far wrgng
with a bottle of Alsace Riesling 1983
Mure, priced £3.95 from Tescg.
Or you could try a classic Sauternes,
Chateaue Pistoulet 1983, £3.69 from
Asda, if you prefer a sweeter wine.
Waitrose have a very gogd Soave,
Soave Classico 1984 Zenatg, £2.95 and
for a refreshing dessert wine, try a
bottle of Anjou Moulin Touchais from
Sainsbury.

Beaujolais Nouveau, Wiatrose have a
very good, Beaujolais Nouveau 1985 at
just £2.95.
And if you're fond of Spanish wine,
try Sainsbury's excellent Rigja Vina
Alberdi 1982, £2.55.
And finally on the suaject on red
wine's as a change from the Mateues
Rose, why not try British Home Stgre+s
Chateau Montaud, Cotes de Provence

Champagne £6.99.
Not it's cheapest but posiblly offering
the best value is Safeway's Grand Cru
Champagne Mailly, £6.99.
And for that special luxury why not
treat yourself to half bottle of
Champagne, £4.25 from Marks and
Spencer.
