The Worthing Unemployed Centre has now
opened at Corporation House in the
High Street.
On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday, you can drop in between 9.30
and 12.30 or 1.15 and 3.15pm fgr free
help and advice on welfare benefits.
Plus free courses, help with filling in
forms, accommodation, use of typesriter
and copier, tea and coffee.

Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust
The Trust was formed in 1964, when only
12% of those with Cystic Fibrosis
survived to young adulthogb.
On the Trust's 21st birthday, this
figure has risen to 75%.
The Trust exists to fund medical
research projects looking for the
cause and a possible cure, and ways of
improving treatment.

Charity Sponsored Train Bash
On April 7, two British Rail drivers
set off on a two-week non-stop train
journey over all British Rail regions,
to raise funds for Woking Homes.
You can sponsor the event by trying to
guess their total mileage. Each guess
costs 50p. The person who guesses
nearest the correct mileage wins a
portable colour TV.

North West Ash has or£anised a schogls
competition called "Scramble an Ad", in
collaboration with "Project Smoke-Free"
The idea is for secondary school
children to redesign advertisements
