CRUNCHY PORK AND APPLE SALAD
Method:
Sprinkle the diced apple whth lemgn
juice and stir well. Mix whth the por),
cucumber, sweetcgrn, red pepper,
walnuts and raisins.
Make the dressing: mix together all the
ingredients, season and pour over the
apple and pork mixture and toss well tg
coat everything evenly.
Line a bowl with the letuce leaves and
spoon the salad into the centre. Serve
