Working for Wildlife in Suffolk
"Your countryside needs you" says a
a new campaign launched by the Suffolk
Trust for Nature Conservation, for
volunteers are needed to restore and
maintain ponds, woods, heaths etc.
Anyone with spare time on their hands,
but particularly the unemployed, can
take part and there will be several
public meetings this month to explain
what is needed and where.

RSPB films
Bromley members of the Royal Society
for the Protection of Birds have
organised a screening of RSPB films,
including The Titmice and Birds of the
Grey Wind, for February 1.
The films will be shown at 3pm & 7pm
in the Whitfield Hall, United Reform
Church, Widmore Road, Bromley. RSPB
goods will also be on sale. All welcome
Admission for adults will be £2, and
children £1.20. Tickets are available

Royal Society for the Protectign

special boat trips on Devon's Exe
estuary...

Why not visit Skomer and Skokholm
Islands in Pembrokeshire, along with
the West Wales Trust for Nature
Conservation.
Walking, photography etc on Skokholm
or a day/weekend on Skomer would make
