P528ORACLE 528 Mon27 Jan C4 1711:13   SAUDI 'CALL FOR  OPEC PRICE TALKS' Saudi Arabia is reported to have called for an emergency meeting of OPEC oil ministers in an attempt to halt the collapse in oil prices. A senior official from Libya, which is backing the Saudi call, said King Fahd had agreed at a meeting in Riyadh yesterday to host an OPEC conference. No doubt was given by the official, who is visiting Gulf leaders, but a report yesterday suggested the 13-nation cartel was set to meet in February.  Kuwait oil minister Sheikh Al-Sabah is to fly to Saudi to discuss prices.
