The business trades from 45 branches in the North-West, Midlands and London area as a limited range grocery discount operation. Bejam directors estimate that plant, fixtures and fittings have a value in excess of £10m and goodwill of £4m. P524ORACLE 524 Mon 3 Feb C4 1713:52  2/2  MANAGEMENT BUY-OUT  AT IDEAL Scottish kitchen manufacturers Ideal Timber Products has been bought out by management for an undisclosed sum from the Comet group, part of Woolworth. The buy-out puts the firm in the hands of managing director James Nimmo and four fellow directors. He forecast no major change in the company's operations and no reduction in the 250 workforce at Dumbarton.
