Quo Vadis? is a six hour epic set in the year 63AD and depicting some of the most dramatic events in Roman history, including the burning of the city, and the massacre of the Christians. Based on the best-seller by Herman Sienkewicz this lavish production features a truly international cast, and was directed by Italian Francesco Rossi.  More >

Since Mephisto, Brandauer has gone from strength to strength, starring in last year's acclaimed Colonel Redl, and opposite Meryl Streep in the Oscar nominated Out of Africa. Brandauer has the perfect, brooding countenance to play Nero, smug, rash and given to bouts of fiery temper.  More >

The part of Nero's favourite,Petronius, is taken by American actor Frederic Forrest, star of films such as One From The Heart, Apocalypse Now and Wim Wender's Hammett.
