"Justificable criticism is not "moaning" but stems from the fact that we are not all alike. We deaf are lumped together by disability although our tastes, intellects, desires, etc, are no less varied than that of the hearing public. We make the same outlays to receive programmes; the technology exits, so we are entitled to equal consideration. Remember the public outrage there is when just one programme is deleted or censored."
