P529ORACLE 529 Mon17 Feb C4 1713:07   SWEDE TAKES MAJOR  STAKE IN CAMPARI The outdoor equipment and clothing firm Campari International looks set to change hands following the sale of a 47.6% stake by the controlling family. Businessman Mr Ake Nordin, the director of a similar company in Sweden, has agreed to buy the shares for £1.8m, 49p each, from Mr Harry Lipton and family. Mr Nordin, who has been asked to join the Campari board,said he plans to make a full bid but cautioned shareholders to wait to see his formal offer.
