No sign of nerves tonight with OMD brilliant throughout a 90 minute set. They started with the album, and tour, title, Crush. This was followed by a track from the album, The Native Daughters Of The Golden West. By now everyone was on their feet - a swaying mass of humanity enjoying every minute. "Secret" was dedicated to Rob from West Kirby. This was followed by tracks from their six albums. BSVs Index - 540 Starfile - 546

Andy McLuskey certainly can't as he leaps across the stage in a frenetic spasmodic way. Then they're off stage - and the crowd orders them back on. They obey and launch into Woman 3, hopefully the new single. It's followed by Electricity - and then they're off again - but we haven't finished with them yet. They finish with the moody Sealand. It's been a while since they played Liverpool but it was well worth waiting for. by Michael Morris, Whitby BSVs Index - 540 Starfile - 546
