The Nikkei stock average of 225 selected issues added 29.77 yen to a record 13,757.63 and the TSE 4.24 to 1,099.69. HONG KONG The Hang Seng index closed 10.24 points lower at 1,685.06. The All Ordinaries index closed 3.1 higher at 1,053.3. Ondustrials added 4.9 to 1,651.7, resources 1.8 to 597.6 and miners 0.3 to 513.0.
