ABU DHABI CUTS
CRUDE PRICES BY $8
Abu Dhabi's National Oil Corp (ADNOC)
has cut crude oil prices for February
liftings by more than $8 a barrel,
according to oil industry sources.
They said ADNOC had priced Murban at
$16.65 a barrel, down from $24.95 in
January, Lower Zakum at $16.50 from
$24.85 and Umm Shif $16.40 from $24.75.
The prices are the first to be set
after ADNOC announced a new pricing
policy last month.
It is based on spot market assessments
rather than government selling prices.
