The price of many beef and lamb cuts has risen. Most fish prices have fallen. Two good buys are Haddock fillet at between £1.40 and £2.60 per lb and Plaice fillet starting at around £1.35 per lb. Cox's apples are in plentiful supply priced from 35p per lb, and pomegranates are also reasonably priced at between 18p and 30p per lb.
