PORK AND APPLE COBBLER
Method:
De-rind the rashers and place in a
shallow oven proof dish. In a small
pan place the sliced apple with a
little water and cook until soft.
Crumble the cheese over the apple and
season and bind the mix by adding the
egg. Spread over the bacon rashers and
bake at 190C,375F,Gas 5 for 20 minutes
and serve with boileb potatoes and
carrots.
