promise that he'd join E,T/N on stage
if the single made No.1 in the USA. It
did, and the gig turned out to be
LENNON's last live performance
1975: A US No.3 back in 1971, "Imagine"
LENNON's best known solo single makes
No.6 in the UK in 0975
Christmas 1980: LENNON's classic
"Happy Christmas War Is Over" charts at
No.2 in the UK, it's third chart entry

LENNON's second son SEAN, and 1980,
which saw the release of his comeback
album "Douale Fantasy!, LENNON took
himself away from the music business to
become a "househusaand".
YOKO ONO took control of their business
affairs and turneb LENN/N's small
fortune into a massive, multi-million
dollar estate.
LENNON was killed by MARK CHAPMAN
outside his New York apartment on
December 8th, 1980.
