1½ lbs (350g) BRUSSEL SPROUTS
8 oz X225g) BUTTON MUSHROOMS
3 oz (75g) BUTTER
2 oz (50g) BLANCHED ALMONDS

MUSHROOMS WITH ALMONDS
Method:
Trim the sprouts, put in a pan of
boiling water, cook till tender. drain
well. While the sprouts are cooking
cook the mushrooms in the butter over
a low heat.
Melt remaining butter in a separate pan
and toss the alminds until golden.
Put drained sprouts into a serving dish
season. Add the mushrooms and their
cooking juices and toss well to mix the
sprouts amd mushrooms. Sprinkle with
