4 oz (100g) WHEATMEAL FLOUR
CAYENNE PEPPER
1 tsp DRY MUSTARD
1 oz X25g) BUTTER
4 oz (100g) CHEDDAR CHEESE grated
2 tbs WATER

CHEESE AND WHEATMEAL BISCUITS
Method:
Mix the flour, salt, cayenne pepper and
mustard together in a bowl. Rua in the
butter and stir in cheese. Add the
water and mix to a dough. Roll out
thinly and cut into 2"/5cm rounds.
Arrange on a greased baking tray and
prick each biscuit 4-5 times with a
fork. Bake at 230C/450F/Gas 8 for 8
minutes. Remove, allow to cogl and
serve.
