½ pt (300ml) DOUBLE CREAM

YOGURT CREAM WHIP
Method:
Finely grate rinds of lemon and orange
into a bowl and add the squeezed out
juice and sugar.
Whip cream until stiff, gradually whisk
in grated rind, juice and sugar mix.
Fold in yogurt. Roughly crush 12 of the
macaroons and sprinkle into four
individual dessert dishes.
Spoon yogurt mix into the dishes,
decorate with the macaroons, chill and
serve.
