Drain and reserve. Meanwhile, heat oil and saute onions and garlic and fry gently for 5 minutes stirring frequently, until soft. Add the peppers, tomatoes with juice, dill, paprika and season to taste. Bring to the boil, then lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
