Harley Thomas, Wales' BTCV Regional Officer will be giving an illustrated talk on the work of the trust from Snowdon to Swansea, to the Montgomery Trust for Nature Conservation. Tasks include tree-planting, fencing, and dry-stone walling, and the BWCVs also organise social events such as barn dances and day trips. Volunteers are collected at 9.30am at the Conservation Centre, 32 Bridge St, Wakefield (Tues and Weds) and at 10am at Barnsley Railway Stn Car Park on Weds only.
