Motley Crue
Formed early 1982 in Los Angeles.
First album "Too Fast For Love",
originally released on the band's own
label Leathur Records, and re-released
after a signing with major Elektra in
the summer of '82.
Too Fast For Love prompted one music
journalist to write "Yet another excuse
for mums on both sides of the Atlantic
to lock up their daughters."

December '84 Tragedy struck MOTLEY CRUE
when lead singer VINCE NEIL's car was
involved in an accident which killed
his friend RAZZLE of the band HANOI
ROCKS.
VINCE has since been fined over a
million pounds after a court case
following the accident. The sleeve to
MOTLEY CRUE's latest album bears a
warning label which reads "NEVER drink
and drive."
